Mychelle serves on The ESOP Association’s Administration Advisory Committee and is a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership. In her role as Senior Administrator with SES Advisors, Mychelle is responsible for providing high-quality administration and communicating the intricacies of ESOPs to better educate her clients, as well as helping the administration department design and implement processes to increase efficiency and client service. Mychelle is also a frequent speaker for The ESOP Association and National Center for Employee Ownership, and she has authored articles in pension-related publications. Prior to joining the firm, Mychelle was vice president of Compliance & Audit at Shore Bank and senior administrator with Blue Ridge ESOP Associates. Mychelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Old Dominion University and attended the VBA School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia. Mychelle Holloway has more than 10 years of experience in ESOP administration and consulting and holds the designations Certified Pension Consultant and Qualified Pension Administrator from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).
