As a senior ESOP administrator, Karen provides professional ESOP administration and consulting services and advises clients on compliance and technical support issues. Her experience includes extensive work with IRS/DOL audits and advanced knowledge of IRS Code compliance and Department of Labor regulations. Karen holds the QKA designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and is a member of The ESOP Association and ASPPA. Prior to joining SES, Karen was an ESOP Plan Administrator with Blue Ridge ESOP Associates.
