Alice has 14 years of experience in marketing, communications, fundraising and client relations. Prior to joining SES Advisors, she was the Director of the Annual Fund for the Mann Center for the Performing Arts in Philadelphia. Alice received both her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Foreign Languages and Literatures from the University of Delaware, and was awarded a full scholarship and Teaching Assistantship for the Masters program. Alice Simons is responsible for all aspects of marketing, communications and public relations including strategic marketing, event planning and execution, website strategy and maintenance, advertising, article placement and liaison to the various ESOP trade associations. Alice is a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership and serves as Vice President of the Pennsylvania/Delaware chapter of The ESOP Association in charge of the chapter’s Congressional advocacy efforts.
