Prior to joining SES, Tim was an executive in the Benefit Plan Services unit of Crowe Horwath LLP. Tim also worked for Merrill Lynch in its valuation and business brokerage department for small and middle-market businesses, and later became a partner at BCI Group. Tim is the past chairman of The ESOP Association's Financial Advisory Committee, is a member and past board member of the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO), was a founding member of Employee Owned Corporations of America (ESCA), and is a member of the Profit Sharing/401(k) Council of America (PSCA). Timothy J. Regnitz is a Principal and Senior Vice President in the Plan Administration Services group, and recently opened SES Advisors’ new Chicago area office. Tim has been working with ESOPs for more than 25 years, and his areas of expertise include business succession planning, ESOPs and 401(k) plans, ESOP repurchase obligation and benefit plan audit issues.
