Tabitha M. Croscut, Esq. – Principal Applying her nine years of experience in ERISA, tax and corporate law, Tabitha focuses her practice on ESOPs as a succession and employee compensation strategy, as well as estate planning for business owners. Her involvement in ESOP transactions ranging from under a million dollars to over five hundred million dollars allows her to provide clients with sophisticated and practical legal advice and counseling regarding their specific transactional, compliance and fiduciary questions with respect to their ESOPs.

Tabitha is a shareholder of SES Advisors and Steiker, Fischer, Edwards & Greenapple, P.C., a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership, and a member and past chapter officer of The ESOP Association. She speaks at ESOP conferences nationwide and presents regularly on how ESOPs can be an effective exit or transition planning tool for owners of closely held businesses.

Tabitha received her law degree from Syracuse University College of Law, magna cum laude with Order of the Coif honors. She is also a summa cum laude graduate of Elmira College. Tabitha was selected to the list of 2009 Up & Coming Businesswomen by the Rochester Women's Network and as a 2006 Up & Coming attorney by the Daily Record of Rochester.  She is admitted to practice in New York and Pennsylvania.
