Prior to joining SFE&G, Ryan was an associate with Chang, Ruthenberg & Long, P.C. in Folsom, California, where his practice encompassed all areas of employee benefits law. Ryan received his LL.M., with distinction, in taxation with a Certificate in Employee Benefits from Georgetown University Law Center, and his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law.
