Prior to joining SES Advisors, Tom worked as a Financial Advisor and currently maintains personal and business clients with Investacorp, Inc. He holds his Series 7 and 66 securities license as well as a Group 1 Insurance license. Tom received his Bachelor of Arts in International Business from the University of Texas at Arlington and spent five years serving in the United States Marine Corps. Tom Skutca has more than eight years of experience in the financial services industry working with business owners on retirement and succession issues. As a Vice President in SES Advisors’ Consulting group, Tom is responsible for new business development. He also develops the analytical processes and feasibility studies as part of the pre-planning stage of a succession plan. Tom’s background in business succession planning, business retirement planning, personal financial advising and estate planning allows him to assess proper succession and ESOP opportunities for each individual business owner.
