As a consultant in SES Advisors’ Plan Services Group, Brian advises clients on a variety of ESOP administration, policy, funding and plan design and repurchase liability strategies. He serves on The ESOP Association's Plan Administration Advisory Committee and is a frequent speaker on advanced ESOP administration and mature ESOP issues. Prior to joining SES, Brian was an officer of the Shorebank, a Chicago-based community development bank, where he oversaw the successful merger, systems conversion and integration of loan operations of three banks.
