Kyle Coltman - Managing Director
Kyle has over 28 years of experience in the field of ESOPs and has supervised over 500 ESOP buyouts for owners of privately-held companies. He is a frequent speaker at ESOP conferences and seminars and is a member of various organizations including The ESOP Association and the National Center for Employee Ownership. Prior to joining SES Advisors, Kyle was the CEO of Menke & Associates, the oldest ESOP advisory firm in the country.
Kyle graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, San Diego and received a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley.

Kyle Coltman joined SES Advisors, Inc. in the spring of 2007 as a Managing Director and Shareholder. Kyle is responsible for feasibility assessment and consulting on ESOP transactions, resident in the firm’s new West Coast office.
