October 1, 2007 - The Wall Street Journal and Winning Workplaces, a nonprofit based in Evanson IL, joined together to identify the top 15 small workplaces from a list of 850 nominations made nationwide.  While the winning companies came from a diverse array of industries and regions, there were some common characteristics to all of the companies: employees at all levels participate in making key decisions, future leaders are groomed from within, traditional and nontraditional benefits are offered and a constant effort is made to discover new ways of engaging employees.

Restek became 100% ESOP owned in 2004.  SFE&G acted as company counsel to Restek.  Reflexite is 49% ESOP owned.  SFE&G acted as Special ESOP Counsel. Three other ESOP owned companies made the list.
