April 30, 2007 - SES Advisors is pleased to announce the opening of its first West Coast office in Redwood City, CA. This office will headed by Kyle Coltman, Managing Director. Kyle recently joined SES Advisors after nearly 25 years at Menke & Associates where he was Chief Financial Officer. Kyle has been consulting with private company owners on the design and installation of ESOPs since 1982 and has successfully completed over 500 transactions. "I found an opportunity at SES Advisors to access the best legal and ESOP consulting resources in the industry and help develop and grow its West Coast operation. I look forward to this exciting opporunity to work with more business owners to evaluate and develop ESOPs."
