Mychelle Holloway - Senior ESOP Administrator and Principal

Mychelle has more than ten years of experience in ESOP administration and consulting and holds the designations Certified Pension Consultant and Qualified Pension Administrator from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). She serves on The ESOP Association’s Administration Advisory Committee and is a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership. In her role as Senior Administrator with SES, Mychelle is responsible for providing high quality administration and communicating the intricacies of ESOPs to better educate her clients, as well as helping the administration department design and implement processes to increase efficiency and client service. Mychelle is a frequent speaker for The ESOP Association and National Center for Employee Ownership, and she has authored articles in pension-related publications.

Prior to joining SES, Mychelle was Vice President of Compliance & Audit at Shore Bank and Senior Administrator with Blue Ridge ESOP Associates. Mychelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Old Dominion University and attended the VBA School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia.  She lives on Virginia's Eastern Shore with her family.
