ESOPs can be complex, but the process of deciding if they will work for you and your company doesn’t have to be.

After a preliminary dialogue and assessment - provided at no cost - you will have a good idea of whether or not the ESOP is worth exploring in more detail.

 

A Road Map To Your ESOP

If the ESOP appears to make sense, at your request, we commence a detailed ESOP study. This study seeks to determine the various ways an ESOP can meet your personal and financial goals and the capabilities of the company.

 

Among the factors considered during our study are the taxability of the sale, how it will be financed, the size of the transaction, and non-ESOP incentive programs for key employees. Once this work is complete, you will be presented with the viable options and have a road map to completing the transaction that best fits your goals.

 

After The ESOP Transaction
