James G. Steiker  is Chairman and CEO of SES Advisors and founding partner of the company’s sister law firm, Steiker, Fischer, Edwards & Greenapple, P.C.

Louis Monaco, Jr. is Chairman of the Board of Unicast Company, an employee-owned manufacturer of a unique variety of metal castings for midsize and Fortune 500 companies. Lou has more than four decades of experience in manufacturing and owns a variety of other businesses from commercial real estate to business lending. Lou holds an Engineering degree from Gannon University and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Youngstown State University.

John Humphrey is Cofounder and Chairman of the Board of Pariveda Solutions, Inc., an employee-owned IT consulting firm in Dallas, Texas. John has more than two decades of experience in business operations and technology working around sales strategy, marketing and application software. His primary areas of expertise are enterprise applications, sales effectiveness and software procurement methods. He holds an MBA and undergraduate degrees in Economics and Finance from Southern Methodist University.

Cecil Ursprung is the retired Chairman and CEO of Reflexite Corporation, an employee-owned manufacturer of reflective products to enhance safety and optical films used to manage light in LCD displays, located in Avon, CT. Cecil joined the company in 1983 and was instrumental in driving its revenue growth from $2.5 million to $100 million. He has an MBA from Washington University and an undergraduate degree in Economics and Finance from Baylor University.
