Philadelphia, Pa. – September 10, 2010 – SES Advisors is pleased to announce that Tim Regnitz will be heading up our new Chicago area office, opening this fall.
Tim has been working with ESOPs for more than 25 years. His areas of expertise include business succession planning, ESOPs and 401(k) plans, ESOP repurchase obligation and benefit plan audit issues. Tim's role at SES will be to expand our plan services capabilities as well as our ESOP Administration client base.
Prior to joining SES, Tim was an executive in the Benefit Plan Services unit of Crowe Horwath LLP. Tim also worked for Merrill Lynch in their valuation and business brokerage department for small and middle-market businesses, and later became a partner at BCI Group.
Tim is the past chairman of The ESOP Association's Financial Advisory Committee, is a member and past board member of the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO), was a founding member of Employee Owned Corporations of America (ESCA), and is a member of the Profit Sharing/401(k) Council of America (PSCA). Tim is a Certified Retirement Counselor (CRC) and has authored numerous articles on ESOP repurchase obligation and sustainability issues.
